1. What are your shipping fees?
We are currently running a FREE Standard Shipping Promotion on retail orders with 2 or more items. Applies to Standard Shipping on orders to US and Canada only. Please see our Customer Service page for details.

2. When will my order be shipped?
For Canada:
If you place an order Monday through Thursday before 12:00pm PT, it will be confirmed before the end of the next business day. Once confirmed, the order will be shipped.
If you place an order Monday through Thursday after 12:00pm PT or on the weekends and holidays, it will be confirmed and shipped within 2 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. This email will show a tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
For U.S.:
If you place an order Monday through Thursday before 12:00pm PT, it will be confirmed before the end of the next business day. Once confirmed, the order will be shipped within 4 business days.
If you place an order Monday through Thursday after 12:00pm PT or on weekends and holidays, it will be confirmed and shipped within 4 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. This email will show a tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
3. What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada and United States. For any other countries, please contact info@lilikiks.com or 1800-797-9629 for further information.
4. What’s the status of my order?
As soon as you have placed your order, you can check on its status. Log into ‘my account’ to check the status of your order. If you have placed an order and it is not showing in your account, please contact us at info@lilikiks.com or 1-800-797-9629
5. Do you charge my credit card right away?
No. We charge your credit card only after your order has been shipped. We will send you an email letting you know your order has been shipped and we’ve charged your credit card.
6. Do you offer gift cards?
Gift cards are not yet available online. If you wish to buy a gift card over the phone to use for phone sales, please call us at 1800-797-9629
7. I still have a gift card from your retail location, can I redeem it?
Yes, if you plan on redeeming your gift card please place your order over the phone during regular business hours by calling our toll-free number 1-800-797-9629. Someone will be able to help you with your purchase and will be able to take the gift card number over the phone.
8. How do you charge taxes for Canadian orders?
GST will be charged on all Canadian orders. Provincial sale taxes are not charged on any orders because children's clothing is exempt from provincial tax.
9. Is there any duty or taxes on USA orders?
Orders shipped to the USA are not charged Canadian taxes. They are shipped from Washington State and are not subject to import duties, taxes or custom processing fees.
10. Can I change or cancel an order?
Please contact customer service as soon as possible at info@lilikiks.com or 1800-797-9629. We will make every effort to help you. However if your order has been shipped we cannot change or cancel your order.

12. How secure is my information?
Ordering over the Internet is secure. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmission from our ecommerce serves as well as your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.
13. What is your return policy? How do I return merchandise?
We want to ensure that an exchange or return is simple and easy.
Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of original purchase date. All tags must be attached and proof of payment has to accompany the garment when it is returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted with a completed return form. Please fill in the Return Order form we send with the merchandise. Please note all merchandise is subject to inspection.
Make sure you ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that it does not get lost. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you would like to simply exchange a product, we will be happy to ship the replacement at no shipping charge to you. If you are returning or exchanging a product due to a defect, we will cover all shipping charges.
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, you will receive a credit in the original form of payment.

14. Do you have a store location?
LiLiKiKS does not have a retail location at this time. Our line can be found at many independent retail locations in U.S. and Canada. Please check our Store Locator for more information.
15. Where are your clothes made?
LiLiKiKS is a proud socially compliant company having all LiLiKiKS branded merchandise made in Vancouver, British Columbia.
16. Do you gift wrap?
We currently do not gift wrap.
17. Do you leave prices on merchandise when sending a gift?
We do not include prices on the garments. However, we must include prices on the packing slip outside the box.
